Strong Fathers serves dinner to its participants before each weekly session as a way of eliminating barriers to attendance, conveying compassion, and encouraging fellowship among participants and facilitators. Our very limited budget demands that we partner with local businesses, churches, and organizations to receive donated meals as often as possible. Please visit our Meal Train calendar to learn more and see when meals are still needed. We are so grateful for the generosity of our community!
Your monetary contribution allows us to support more fathers as they work to overcome cycles of violence in their families. Click the donate button below to make a secure contribution through PayPal. For other methods of donation, please contact Katie Bauman at (919) 578-3237.
Become an Advocate
Are you a father in the Triangle? Are you humble? Are you passionate about using your voice and experiences to walk with other fathers along their life paths? We would like to bring our participants together with fathers from the community who can act as advocates, providing individualized support, offering a listening ear, attending court appearances and meetings with social services, etc. Interested? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
